Our therapist will use one or a number of techniques in your treatment to best meet your individual needs. Sports massage targets muscle recovery and performance, while Swedish massage promotes relaxation and circulation. Aromatherapy massage is gentle and calming and uses essential oils, where Deep Tissue massage works the deeper muscle layers to relieve chronic tension and stress.
